Hardscape refers to hard landscape materials which consist of the non-living elements of landscaping, such as but not limited to stone walkways, paths, stone stairs, retaining walls and concrete work (Driveways and Patios).

 

Hardscaping shouldn’t just be built just to fix a structural problem. It should be built to enhance the beauty of the landscape while providing functionality.
